This Shipping Policy explains how orders from UNIQUE WORLD ELECTRONICS LLC are processed, shipped, and delivered within the UAE and internationally.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

All Emirates within the UAE
GCC Countries (optional – upon request)
International shipping through cargo / DHL (customer-arranged or by quotation)

2. Delivery Time (UAE)

Standard delivery time within the UAE is:

Dubai: Same day or 1 working day
Sharjah / Ajman: 1–2 working days
Abu Dhabi: 1–3 working days
Other Emirates: 2–3 working days

Delivery time may vary based on product availability or courier workload.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the location:

Dubai: AED 15–20
Other Emirates: AED 20–30
Same-day delivery: Additional charges may apply

Bulk orders and B2B shipments will be charged based on weight and destination.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Orders made on Fridays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. International Shipping

For international buyers, shipping can be arranged via:

DHL Express
Aramex
Air cargo / Cargo shipment
Customer’s preferred logistics provider

Customs, taxes, and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier will make 1–2 attempts for delivery.
If unreachable, the order may be returned to the store.
Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

Clear photos of packaging
Clear photos of the item
Order number / Invoice
