1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

The item is unused and in original packaging.
Return request is raised within 7 days of purchase.
All accessories, manuals, and original box are included.
Item is not physically damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened software, licenses, or digital products
Used or activated devices
Products with physical or liquid damage
Items missing accessories or original packaging
Special order or customized items

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) are processed in the following ways:

Original payment method (if gateway allows)
Bank transfer
Store credit

Refund processing time: 5–14 working days.

4. Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product only if:

The product is defective on arrival (DOA)

7. Warranty Claims
